cube tricks of same digit number 14 lesson on mathematics Tricks and Fun

Cube tricks of same digit number 14 lesson on mathematics Tricks and Fun Hello friends today we are going t o study the methods to find cube of same digit numbers.I am Dr Prema B Sejekan. We can use a special method to find the cube of these numbers.   Cube of unit digits   1.    1              6.              216  2     8              7.              343  3    27             8.              512  4    64.            9.              729  5    125.         10.            1000   First count the numb...

Cube-Tricks,13thLesson-MathematicsTricks-and-Fun   Today we are going to study the methods to find cube of numbers.I am Dr Prema B Sejekan. We shall study methods using yavadunam sutra to find the cube of numbers. We should learn and keep ourselves ready with the square and cube of unit digits for a quick solving of the cubes of numbers..Here I have noted down the squares and cubes of commonly used digits.   In finding cube of a number, first   find the number of digits in the question and3/(3-1) times that will be the number of digits in the answer and   when first digit is 1,2,3 it will be    3-1,3-2 times digits , in the answer.  Mark the expected digits in the answer as dots.    This is Cubing by yavadunam tavadunokritya varge cha yojayet . Here cube of 103 is t he question. Here the base is 100.  3 is the excess and the main working digit is 3 here we multiply 3 with 3 which stands for the cube so 3 X ...

12-lesson-mathsTricksandFun-cube solution     Today we are going to study the methods to find cube of numbers. I am Dr Prema B Sejekan . Cube of a number is the product of multiplying by itself thrice. Though there are different methods three methods ie Anurupya sutra yavadunam sutra, and method to find the cube of same digit numbe rs is discussed in these lessons on cubing We should keep ourselves ready with the s quare and cube of unit digits for a quick solving of the cubes. Here I have noted down the squaring and cubing of commonly used digits. Cubing by Anurupya Sutra is the topic to study here.algebraic explanation in this is a+b whole cubed is equal to A3 3a2b 3ab2 and b3. This is used to find cube of 2 digits .     In finding cube of a number, first   find the number of digits in the question and 3/(3-1)times this  will be the number of digits in the answer and   when first digit is 1,2,3 this m be 3-1/-2 times the se digits , in t...

10th lesson-urdhwa-Tiryak-sutra

10th lesson of Mathematics Tricks and Fun In this lesson on Urdhwa Tiryagbhyam Sutra, we will study multiplication of big numbers where digits are in random. This is also useful for squaring of such numbers . Now what is Urdhwa Tiryak Sutra? Urdhwa Tiryak Sutra is the general formula applicable to all cases of multiplication . It is also useful in the division of large numbers by another large number . Only multiplication part will be taught in this lesson. All arithmetic numbers are algebraic expressions in X with X equals 10. The calculations can be explained with algebraic principle, which willbe done at a later stage .Urdhwa Tiryak process of vertical and crosswise multiplication can be mastered easily, after studying a few examples. in the first example, 28 x 46 first we multiply the digits on the tens place straight. 2 x 4 is 8. we are multiplying totally four digits the answer will have three or four digits . since 8 is a single digit we will write as 08 at the edge. ...

11th Lesson -Nikhilam sutra-corollaries

11th Lesson of  mathematics tricks and fun       Hello friends ,today we are going to stud y Nikhilam Sutra in multiplication. I am Dr Prema b sejekan.  Nikhilam Sutra says Nikhilam Navatascharamam Dasatah.Means All from Nine and Last from Ten . Nikhilam sutra has upasutras corollaries and sub-corollaries.All of them and their application  in multiplication will be discussed here.  Here  applications of Nikhilam Sutra in general is shown.Let us take the first among the 7 examples. In this, the first question is  9 times 9.working base is 10 . So complement of 9 from 10 is 1.   1×1 is 1 and  9-1 is 8. The answer is 81.2nd example is 7× 6 , so complement of  7 from 10 is 3. Complement of 6 is 4 so we will write 7-3× by 6-4 so ,3×4 is 12 and 7-4,is 3 .Adding the carry overs answer is 42.  Rest all examples are with different bases ie  100,1000 base  done in the similar way. ...

9th LessonSquaring of numbers

9th Lesson mathematics Tricks and Fun Hello friends , I am Dr Prema B Sejekan In this we are going to recapitulate the various methods available to us in the squaring of numbers by Vedic Mathematics. First we will practice again the squaring of numbers with same digits using the special code . What is the special code?“One more, one less. . Examples given are. - square of ”9999   9× 9 = 81. We will place 8 on unit place on multiplicand side and 1 on unit place on multiplier side.***8 ***1Now one more than 8 is 9 so three 9 s beside 8 and one !ess than 1 is 0. So three zeroes beside 1.Answer is 99980001 Same way square of 3333 , ,3×3 is 09 So***0 ***9.o nemore than0 is 1 and 1 less than 9 is 8 final answer is 11108889 Square of 6666 - 6×6= 36 .we arrange as said earlier ***3 ***6. One more than 3 is 4 and OneLess than6 is 5 so final answer is 444355556 Using the arithmetic progression method from both sides .count the digits first. Totally 10 digits. . 1×1 is 01 In...

8th Lesson of Mathematics Tricks and Fun

8th Lesson of Mathematics Tricks and Fun Hello friends this is the 8 lesson of mathematics tricks and fun. I am Dr Prema B Sejekan. We are going to study in this class on squaring and multiplication of numbers with digits in random. According to the Sutra Antyayor Dasake pe if in units place you get   5 + 5, 7 + 3, 8 + 2 , 6 + 4 , 9 + 1 that is unit place digits added together if you get 10 and the second clause says in the tens place you get 1 + 1, 2 + 2, 3 + 3 that is the same digits .If these conditions are met with , then add 1 to tens place one digit and multiply as shown in the examples. This is a sub corollary of Ekadhikena purvena which itself is a corollary of Nikhilam sutra Here we have to find out the square of 25 .5+5 is 10 , and in ten's place it is 2 ie same digit . So we will increase one 2 to 3 and multiply straight. Ie 5×5= 25 we will write next to it in 100s place we will write 6 ie 3×2 Answer is 625. How easy and quick it is. In the second e...
